Fleet OOS is an internal system used only by Linestar Logistics LLC employees. It is not available to the public and does not collect data from anyone outside the company.
Other logged-in employees, according to the page/feature access an admin has granted them. Admins can see everything. Data is never sold or shared outside the company.
Fleet Units and Diagnostics pages show live GPS, mileage, and fault-code data pulled from Samsara for company-owned vehicles — used only for fleet maintenance and operations.
If you leave the company, your account is disabled and your name is shown as "Former employee" on historical records instead of being deleted — this keeps repair/task history intact for the team without continuing to display your name.
